Pls, use latest software v1.08 and try "Mode-1" and "Mode-2" unlock.
If it will be no luck, then, pls, read flash from this phone and send to us.
We will try to check it ASAP.

Do u put Phone in Test mode like X60 ????
U can try free soft for X60 If u need to unlock Urgent

No you don't - all you do is switch on the phone - use the x60 cable (T191), place in left hand RJ45, connect Infinity first and then open sw. Get the right Comport (look in device manager) and then select x400, goto service and press unlock
