But like it is made to read where is the serial number?
Over HWK not it is written.
If I do not know the serial number I cannot be enrolled to the situated one of support.

There is HWK ID in software window, once you connect the box with HWK insterted.

Any version of the software will display this
So, try connecting it and then make a note of this ID, and enter it into hwk id field in registration

Oh, and even the non hwk software will display the hwk id IF its properly installed that is, so u dont need hwk soft to display hwk id....does that help?

Just be aware that using TwisterSuite software with HWK leads to some odd behaviour.
I installed my HWK this morning, and could not get any response from it at all. I tried with DCTx and SAMs. After a while, I realised that it takes a couple of connect/disconnect cycles with SAMs to work, once that has happened DCTx can see it once on connect, but a disconnect/connect then loses the HID and HWK banner message. Running SAMs and doing two more connect/disconnect cycles and it's back again.
I hope this doesn't continue once I get the new software, I've registered and am hoping to get support site access soon.

I also have this problem today i recived my hwk instaled with no problem in my twister box but i didnt have response no hwid was displayed i try run samsung but no response i disconected and run DCT_X after connect HWID was displayed i try to reconnect and HWID was lost agin

Some customer allready had this situation.
At this moment Saras is working in order to solve this problem fast.
Seems the older befor-HWK softwares did not generate a reset for the HWK when starting.
Till it will be fixed, you can start the SE-KZF software (then if you want you can close it ) before starting the other softwares, and the HWK will be detected.

Yes, that fix is needed, it's just that until you have the HID you can't register for support access and so you can't get the KZF module. This could catch out people who have just installed the HWK.
One for the FAQ I think.

im confused about situation with HWK my friend told me that i must change something in my twisterflasher becouse its hardware problem ?
i dont have active account and cannot check software hope thats only a software problem .
how long i have to wait for activation i registered yesterday and didnt recived anything till now hope my activaction will be ready before 17 and i check my HWK today this waiting is killing me :) like a child waitnig for new toy :)

- No need to change anything in your Twister box.
Just check only if the connector where you fit the HWK is soldered well.
- Activation take about 1 minute. Of course it can take normally few hours or even 1 day, since no reseller stays 24 hours online :D :D :D
It depend only from your reseller when your account will be activated.

My HWK is well soldered checked connections from HWK to twister and evrythings is connected good and my HWK works after few recconect .
im only awaiting activation hope will recive today i have few K300 for testing my new toy
