Could Anyone Help Me To Unlock This E101

could anyone help me here , i want to unlock this nec e101 but am getting this error message , i was unlocking it before although i have not used the software for a month now

I have installed the download manager and Jaf which i recently installed in my computer .Also uninstalled Infinity setup Launcher and install it again , but same error is coming

seems that's a battery problem , check battery voltage, or just full charge it

For sure, it's no need to re-install software in this situation.

As Bomber sad, pls, use fully charged battery.

Pls, be sure that you have inserted cable completely and you have no connection problems.

Try to make Unlock several times. If you see different errors each time this means that you have connection problems.
