Problem with "Wrong file signature!"

I today have got multibox. It was registered on a site of support. Download a file pvers.sig (the size 9920) and 825_002E_EastEurope.xxx. Attempt to load in PHST v1.1 results to " Wrong file signature! ". Attempt to load flash-files results any others besides to result. If only the file has no format of a kind xxx_xxxx_0x0216000700040000_xxxx.xxx. Such file is loaded.
Where the problem is covered?

pvers.sig must be on the same directory with EXE. Also check atributs for all files.

1. Where correct installation is specified in the documentation software? Drivers installed it is correct.
2. I remove pvers.sig, PHST v1.1 write about not found file. I installed pvers.sig, PHST not write. I load in PHST files from 535 without signature in name. PHST speaks all Ok. I load files from fisio825, PHST write " Wrong file signature! ".
I have closely checked up still before have asked a question here - the attribute "arhives" is established ONLY.

I start to regret strongly, that have buyng multi-box. I yet did not see CRUDER program. And In the previous cases developers tried that that to correct. In our case - developers I make idiots of buyers. :mad:
