Do you see message like "Formatting" or "SW Initialize" on phone LCD after Flex writing ?
And try to flash other Flex files from support area.

The best next move is: move to ICQ :)
Pls, come online. I think it will be the best way for fast solution.
Try to downgrade firmware (flash MAIN + Flex + LP together). We will restore your language then in any case because we have backup.

In the end my phone is unlocked with your help and files from support. So infinity those unlock V171 network lock.
