best solution is use vygis i didnt check HWK im still waiting activation :)

HwK doesn't support 8180 8330 and 8380
I tried 8180 .> Cid mismatch 41<17
8330 No loader
8380 no loader
what is the problem?
all boxes supports 8180 8330 exept Redbox.
Why not Hwk
200 usd just for flashing unlocking 8120-8130>?

couldnt even get it to go that far, though i think mine is a cable eror, waiting for new cables....

If you have this message it means the OTP and GDFS CIDs do not match, it maybe that another solution has been used with the phone before and the phone is in trans-cid mode.

Dont entirely agree with that mate, cos i had that error when trying to flash cid 29 v800, and its never been touched before, but the error it gave me was
Cid 29>36 or something like that, i eventually got round it, by trying EVERY flash pack i could lay my hands on till it would allow me to flash it 100%

new boxed 8180 tried to flash with 8138 flashes.
and 8330 no loader/
Can u help us with this?
I tried with 5 pieces.
It's not phone's problem,its HWK.\
Can u check that please?

Some phones are also trans-cid from factory e.g. K700.
