Gsmtrick i know u are tired of me and maybe u feel i bother u so much , but u have to understand when somebody make a big investment in a product what supouse can fullfill your expectations bcs that product was advertising in that way and when u recibe it that product dont work .
1) i do my job i pay in advance for you products not only 1 i bought 4 .. first u take more than a month to publish sendo soft ,when in your page you said box support all sendo when u launch the box .. you dont said in future .
2) when i test it sendo soft ...dont work with my phones exactly like old delok dongle again i do my job and try to help u and help myself and i sent you 2 phones for u can test and upgrade the box

1 more month and you dont make nothing ..........i saw in all post when people ask for support you always said costumers are doing something wrong ..or bad instalation or u said costumers dont read instructions o cables faulty or bad internet etc etc , i think most of costumers arent analphabets all or almost all are people with many time working with phone soft and hard , with many skills , but u never accept your part of responsability . whats next ??? i need our boxes working ok i dont want be a pain in your *** i just wanna be a satisfied costumer

1. I am not tired, just was away for 5 days. Sorry. So I am realy undertsand you and all other custumers. I can tell only that the update will be soon.
2. We recived it and I told you too many times that we working under it. it is not too easy coz it is different phones with different hardware. That is why it is not so fast, but I promice that it will be. After adding sendo Jtag we will put also 2 new brands for free.

And about problems and supports - as you can see the most of problems is only becouse nobody read and docs and manual. So what I can do? I have try to help to each custumer.

I have troubles with oh1 multicolor.I am sure that the reason is not my way of reading docs.I can read docs,posts so well.I saw also the same troubles with old SW of Delok for over few months.
In MB is the same troubles.It is just copy and paste his SW.
So please hurry to prepare update to make Your customers able unlock theese phones.
For sure it last too long and do not try to snooze my eyes that You work on it!! :mad:
From April the same troubles with OH1 multicolor ?????????? :confused: :mad:
