First phone on hwk and first problem. When i press Info i got this message:

Seems you have some comunication problem.

Please tell us what PC ans what Windows you use there ?
Also try to read flash and if possible, mail it to me at gobi[at]rdsbv.ro

Problem solved. The problem was my stupid laptop. On other PC all work perfect. I spend about 2h on this :) But i dont understand, i uninstall TwisterSuite before install UFS Suit Setup. Maybe to low voltage on usb ~4.80-90V.

I use on two computers Windows ME.
The laptop is Dell D600 - Centrino 1.4 , 60GB Hdd, 512Ram

ps. please if someone can verify my HWID number and give me access to support:)

No i dont force on kneel, just only asq example Gobi for fastest access to support thats all. I know that Saras and rest people are very good team and we have mega super product and also great support.

Nice to see that the problem is solved ..
Thx also for the feedback. It let us also know what kind of problems can occure on the big variaty of PC's and O.S.'s out there, and improove too.

why bad respond? but poine is work! (my own phone). Please help me. In USB voltage is 5 V. I tried on the other PC. Problem not sloved. Phone is W800i. Software versoen KZF 1.8d . I fully uninstall software and reinstall it.
