They are 4 days that I have sent all my give to you through the situated one www.ufsxhwk.com and still I have not received neither an email neither you have activated me the account.

I have written also to mine resellers Planet telephone and also it has not given answers to me till now.

What I must make in order to have this give to you?

The clever man..... Many are able to sell products only!!!! But forget to support the clients!!! Look how many clients ask about support... Also have no access to WWW.UFSxHWK.COM (http://www.UFSxHWK.COM) Sold a product and has forgotten.....

Your account is not activated.
Reasons can be:

Still awaiting admin approval. Check 24hrs after registration.
Your box is not from original UFSxHWK series and your login declined.
You filled wrong or missing informations and your login declined.

I have posted before in another thread:

On www.ufsxhwk.com , the RESELLER is the one that activate the accounts for his customer.

All reseller can contact theyr distributors or Hams for theyr special accounts.

So, if your account don't get activated, then stick on the reseller, since it takes about less then 1 minute to activate an accout.
Of course the reseller is not 24/7 online, but at least at 24 hours your account should be activated.

All comfort and facilities have been take care for a smoother activation, more is not possible.

So don't blame anybody else for your not activated account

Which is official secondhand dealer HWK on page www.ufsxhwk.com
I have registered account of 3 weeks to that back. I have not got what access to support.
My secondhand dealer speaks that who has no access to this page of support. If it not so so you think to whom trust to distribute the given product.

I task that you would have yourselves to be put of agreement with resellers inasmuch as mine, planet telephonen, has said to me that it of it does not know nothing.

Possible that with HWK there are only these problems?

it seems to me that 'Hams' is not doing his job corectly, too many ppl with no reseller accounts not set up yet...in the mean time Gobi/Odia, you have a duty to allow them TEMPORARY access till reseller accounts are activated

All Distrubutors and their Resellers have been provided access to activate their customers login/pass which as said by gobi takes less than 1 minute.
Its the duty of the reseller to provide this access to their respective customers.

the sn that asks when you register your hwk is HWK SN not your BOX SN!!!
so maybe your reseller saw wrong sn and dont think twice about it > Delete login!!!
Your hwk SN is the HID:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
