Hi, what does this error mean? i ahve tried everything i can think of. unlocking, imei repair, eeprom reset. factory reset. but still i get the error when trying to call out "unable to connect at this time." anyone no a fix for this?

You must be reflash again to recuse phone.
If you press *#06# then .
If begin not 0044 then may be phone error else reflash again.

no this problem cant be solve with flashing phone check my thread "professional solve nec problem here" and see which problems were describe their there is no solution yet brother

I don't thinhk so . Prolem not catact to provider then change network . So this him have to do all solution . But can not repair it (not Flash).
I thnks is true.

Please some one post the servise manuals for NEC phones to solve this problem i have changed the network anything i can do i did notthing happened its deffinetly a HARDWARE fault and causes by NEXUS.....
i have the same problem anyone has the solution for it. i used crazzy -pbb- and ultimo hpserver but didnt succeed . it shows the right imei and unlocked but i cant make a call

ensure that u ahve changed the IMEI to the EXACT same imei on ur fone underneath the battery tahts wat i dun when i had this error the IME ws wrong
i did it mate it is the original imei. i have 2 phones like that . i unlocked them and the same problem.

Ive heard of this problem a few times where you unlock a NEC 3G phone and with other sim cards. The main concern is the fact is the phone originally ex contract or lost/stolen because nec phones normally report this fault when none of the other networks accept the IMEI number.
Please note you cannot successfully change an IMEI number without a SERIAL COM PORT DATA CABLE
Not even modified USB cables can change the IMEI number of NEC phones
This message Cannot connect at this time is normally due to the other networks NOT accepting your IMEI for some reason
The best way out of this problem is to try and purchase a NEC cable that is NOT USB based - a serial one or you could try a dongle
i am 100% sure that it is software problem. nec is a **** phone. i repaired this fault before but i forgot how i did. and with one phone i succeed to get network on 3 cards but d1 didnt work because i unlocked the phone with this card i think eeprom of the phone saves some infrmation about the card and the funny thing i get always same unlock codes for both phones with neccodereader.

Wrong my friend, crazzy v5 can change IMEI using NEC USB modified cable ;)
is it possible to full flash nec3g. these phones makes me crazy. or how can i calibrate the gsm values to get network using ultimo soft.

Direct unlock it with Crazzy v5
I dont think that trouble in calibration. IMHO Nec has very unstable support of 2g networks.

So whats the results whats the solution for UNABLE TO CONNECT THIS TIME i have Crazzy 6 what should i do Change IMIE and THEN what??
Unable to connect means that the phone is barred on all networks - to see if that is the case change the imei to another number and you will see it work :)
