I think this section should be opened only for HWK customers.... Password protected section or something. Im really tired of those guys who just come here to say "HWK sucks", "HWK is ****", "Odia, Gobi is stupid". ...
This is a SUPPORT section, not to blame others, and software. (and the nicest thing is that those people have the biggest mouth, who dont even have this HWK).

I know what your saying, but we cannot password protect this section, too many people would have problem getting the password etc ...

He, he, hidding HWK problems from future customers. They will know only AFTER they buy that they pay TOOOO MUCH for what HWK do ;)
@odia: check your mail for latest REALLY cheap offert of some software who do 'little more' than HWK now ;)
