UserReg file problem

Nothing happen when i click on userReg.exe ...............can u help me what is this problem. i have installed multibox drivers , disable my antivirus/firewalls and checked on both winxp and win98..........

hi ......everything settled down........actually there was some registry errors in my pc...thanks

I told - that it is a problem with PC , not with box. So..
