No, this solution is via eeprom. I can change some adresses via cable, but address witch stores simlock flag is included to list of unavalaible for changing via cable. Menu item "message center" is unavailable too.
What do You change in eeprom ?
I trie to make this phone in several ways but nothing.
Please help me.
Thank You in forvard

I didn't test it.
But you can try.
For RC815 Plus .......
IMEI:
1. from offset 1 to offset 8 - block one
2. nibbles swapped except at offset 1 - MSNibble, LSNibble is "A"
3. the last 14bytes of eprom is an another interpretation of IMEI - block two
4. the releation ship between the blocks is unknown by now.
5. we work on calculator which can produce second block based on first.
Contrast: 5d5 -> 5,6,7,8 are good values
Counter of wrong attempts to change anything is:
1. at address 5e7. 1 = 30 sec, 2 = 1 min, 3 = 2min, 4 = 4min, 5 = 8min e.t.c
2. see also at (4f3, 4f4, 4fb, 4fc) 2ab
Tuner:
1. offset 7EE. normally is 02
2. offset 7CD. Two bytes.
Engineering menu: (works without SIM)
1. 588: 00. Somewhere you can see that bit.0 determines SP-Lock 1-lock 0-unlock.
2. 4FE to 540 -> 00, except FFs
3. 4BA to 4F4 -> FF
4. 5E7: 00 -> to zero counter of wrong attempts
