Am starting with this
You can format user area of WD2 Nokias.
I have Tested it and 100% working on 6600 and 6260
hold dow * + 3 + Send button + Power button untill you see "Formatting"
then release and let it complete formating.
after finishing the reboot automatically and phone is 100% ok

Unlock procedure Hp IPAQ 6315:
1. On the Today screen, tap Start > Settings.
2. Tap the Phone Band icon.
3. Tap Shift + Ctl key to enable the keys.
4. Tap the area below the band selection box to open the unlock tool.
5. Tap Shift + Ctl to disable the keys.

6. Enter the 8-digit unlock code and tap OK when done.
7. Wait for the device to validate the unlock code (about five seconds). You will see one of the following screens:
-Unlock successful.
-Unlock failed due to incorrect code. The user has three attempts to unlock. After three attempts, the device will refuse any more unlocking attempts. Perform a soft reset to reset the counter to perform additional unlocking attempts.
-Device is not ready for unlocking. This error message displays when the user tries to unlock when the phone application (not the device) is not in a steady state. It takes 30 seconds after powering on the phone for it to reach a steady state.
This code has not been tested by me, If anybody has try this let us know if it works

I dont think this phone can have a code remotely generated via imei (like dct4 etc) you need sw (furious cracked etc) and cable unless you can get the code from the network in which case pm me and I will send you instructions how to enter it

1. On the Today screen, tap Start > Settings.
2. Tap the Phone Band icon.
3. Tap Shift + Ctl key to enable the keys.
4. Tap the area below the band selection box to open the unlock tool.
5. Tap Shift + Ctl to disable the keys.

Here is Another. This works with sedo X and fix any software fault on the phone.
holding the power key and the 5 key at the same time.
release the power key after counting to three while still holding the 5 key.
you will see a white screen with sriting on it and a green check mark in the lower left corner.
press the left soft key to reformat.

2) scroll all the way down
3) click on the last image (nokia image)
4) u will be taken to private site
5) click on Power User OR End User
(on top right side of the popup that opens when u click the image)
(Power User is repairs,unlocking,flashing ect section)
(End User is games,tones,pics, how to do basic stuff ect)
select from the drop down menu the section u want
now u will see all u need

I have a Blackberry 8700c thats locked to Cingular, went as far as giving my iMEI and purchasing an unlock code for $80 only to be told that i needed to buy a Cingular sim for it to work...is there any other code i can type in to unlock it?

I was speaking with a Sony Ericsson development tech today and he's given me some great codes!!
Write down your IMEI number. You can get this with the following:
*#06#
Then, you need to get into the Personalize menu with the following keypress:
< ** <
(Left, Star,Star, Left)
You then will need to select the Network at the top ( This will be locked )
It will ask for the code (the one that everyone asks for) and you need to enter in the following:
7993XXXX (where XXXX is the FIRST FOUR digits of your IMEI Number)
It will report an error and reduce your lock count by 1. Don't worry about this.
Repeat the process and enter the following:
6309XXXX ( where XXXX is the SECOND FOUR digits of your IMEI Number)
Again, it will reduce by one. Repeat again with the next two numbers:
093167XX ( where XX is the 9th and 10th digits of your IMEI Number)
323343XX ( where XX is the 11th and 12th digits of your IMEI Number)
And finally, you will need to repeat the process just one more time. This is very important, you will need to enter the following code:
XXXXYYYY - Where XXXX is the SECOND FOUR digits of your IMEI and YYYY is the FIRST FOUR digits of your IMEI.
