well... I`m tired to explain millions of times at setool support forum but i will repeat again:
customers of GSMtech.co.uk the cheater (who owe us a lot of money for licenses) have the LOWEST upgrade prioprity and must wait until all normal customers will get their upgrade...
Man you must be happy that we allow "stealed license setool users" pay us just the difference between license and card version price because actually
you all was cheated by Raymond, Its he who has your money, not i`m.
We allow this only in respect to setool customers!
Wardak wont understand all of this and spam setool board with thousand of messages about their card.. so it was the reason of my hard conversation with this guy..

if Rayman cheated you, its with you and Rayman , but the customer who purchased from him are not lower priority customers , they should have equal priorities to get what they need, so dont say that rayman cheated you and now the customer who gave money to rayman are lower priority customer datz not the right way you shold deal with them as you deal with other customer (That is my point of view i dont know you, Rayman or who posted this thread. My response is against your response), by reading the chat i can say you are not good Professional.

he / she should ask to reseller but what if reseller is not your Reseller anymore, where can this customer go??? he didnt steal the product, he purchased it. so he is not lower priority customer, he is your normal customer. you gave him license and Userid Pass so he comes to you ask for help so u shld help him as a normal customer if u can deliver him early or late its good , but dont say he is your lowest priority customer, because this doesnt make any sense , Customer is always a Customer. i am in Pakistan and if i purchase from pakistan and that resleler fired after some time due to any matter (owe u money or due to any other matter), then to whom shld i contact for future updates or then i will be the low priority customer??? what you say???

upgrade cards was sended to Toni yesterday ... as soon as he will receive it i will add him to a list of resellers which has upgrade cards in stock at setool support forum.
do`t need to be worried upgrade is going on normally ... just always check sticky thread at our forum (http://www.setool.net/forum/)
I hope so that u have send him enough cards that i will become them fast.

If you didnt get payed then you owe nothing to anyone.You do not work for free!
Customers should complain to the cheater who took there money and never gave them support or payed you for your support!
The fact you still allow updates is good.Check Cheaters section and see how many people stop all support when in the same situation...
Now give me 1000000 free license please... :D

A little explanation about the resisted problem of a guy so called ''Wardak''.
He is currently a owner of a illegal or stealed license which i gave him for free because of that his reseller did not give him response.

he didnt pay his debt's, you paid your money to him
now if you brought a stolen phone and it was barred would you phone the manufacturer and complain to them and ask for refund or support? NO u wouldnt becuase its stolen now why do u expect the same from setool? $70 really is a small price for an upgrade as the cards dont cost much less than this after shipping, taxes etc

You have your licence and can use setool2?
it is up to unlocker if he wants to let you update to setool3 becuase he never received a penny from your reseller. now hes told you that when he has some spare cards he will sell you one for only $70
instead you are still calling him a cheater

if anyone is a cheater here its gsm-tech you should have brought from a trusted reseller not just any reseller in the UK someone who has been around for years and not 2 days

i think there is two point here
1- @ unlocker u must choose all ur resselers carfully it is not fair to punich all custommers when u find that some of ur resellers was cheat u
2-@wardak sure mr unlocker do a great favor for u when he calculate string for u in the same time u must be more patient to take what u need

Until now I also cant get my dongle upgrade. My reseller dun bother, Unlocker also dun bother. If by today still no reply by my reseller I am going to post the name out here. I couldnt agree more the trouble is some people let themselves get cheated then cry and try to get others to sort it out for them. Why arent they getting onto rayman afterall he is the one who took there money!

Well that didnt really make much sense to me to be honest i think i get the gist of it. Im sure gsm_tech was not a cheater in the first place obviously or he would not have been a reseller but thinks like people change and he turned into a cheater so he was dropped from there resellers list.
But the point is YOU gave your money to gsm-tech NOT unlocker so why arent you saying that gsm_tech are cheaters? They are the ones who have your money arent they? So why not do something about that instead of crying here and trying to put the blame on unlocker? do you think unlocker told him to keep the money? No

Ok, it may not be unlockers fault, but its understandable for customer to be frustrated and angry.
Since this kind of thing has happened before, perhaps its time distributors/authors asserted certain pieces of information to confirm identity prior to assigning a reseller; for example: copy of passport, driving licence etc, so that if something like this happens, its a way of ensuring reseller meets with consequences and distributor is able to provide more information to those chasing a debt or attempting to recover goods that have not been paid for - all too often these people seem able to dissapear and buyers/sellers are left with money owing.
Also, there should be option for buyers to purchase direct from distributor if distributor is not willing to offer guarantee as to reliability of one of their appointed resellers.
And before anyone starts moaning, this isnt a criticism of unlocker or his other resellers, its happened before with others also, its just a suggestion how its possible to stop this happening again.

I think some of my points are very valid, dont you?
I think if a company lists authorised resellers then its their duty, prior to accepting a new reseller, to ensure they are genuine people, with a real paper-trail (Real landline number, not mobile, copy of driving licence/passport and a current account) should some cheating occur so that these w*nkers can be traced, caught and punished severely.
Wardak isnt the only one lost money either....
Lets be clear, whats happened here should involve the Police. If someone sells you something and doesnt supply and then runs off, the law can be involved. Obtaining Money by deception: ie [No] Intention to Supply is fraudulent.
Perhaps its appropriate as suggested to start a new thread....
Lastly, I just want to draw attention to my last sentence of my previous post:

I think if a company lists authorised resellers then its their duty, prior to accepting a new reseller, to ensure they are genuine people, with a real paper-trail (Real landline number, not mobile, copy of driving licence/passport and a current account) should some cheating occur so that these w*nkers can be traced, caught and punished severely.
<< Any company is obviously going to make sure its a legit company there dealing with (They all start off legit anyway) But you cant stop someone doing a runner. But there are always ways to trace them especially in this country where you need all kinds of identification driving liecence, passport, company bank account etc and practically a letter from *** if you want to be vat registered under telecomunications not to mention a personal visit from the rat squad so there are always ways to trace them.
But I bet nothing changes to protect buyers/sellers. I bet in 1 years time, this section will still be full of cheaters running of with other peoples money.....
<< On that i actually agree with you especially when in some cases ie the mobilewala thread when people have really been cheated and the cheater is acually there people instead of calling him a cheater would rather act like spoilt children and start a fight to try and get the thread closed.

Well I agree it wasnt an ideal response from Wardak, but I guess situations like this are about give and take, trying to understand the others point of view, which sometimes doesnt happen, but anger and frustration can produce unpredictable irrational reactions. In an ideal world it would never have happened to Wardak in the first place....but sadly it has.
Well I hope gsm-tech makes an appearance and does the right thing. As it stands there are both civil and criminal case potential that could pose serious issues for his future and anyone who assisted him. I would suggest a call to the CIB and the Police to sort him out.
Mobilewala thread is not something I want to dwell on. I got banned and whatever happened happened for whatever reason, but for sure the guy was cheated and the focus should be on making sure the cheater receives some kind of punishment via whatever means.
