i have NEc E616 when i tried to unlock it many times, the phone start with wight screen and no sound and picture, i want know it is software or hardware problem

i have used many softs free and cracked
i used also the external power cause its baterry was empty

Use nexus
phone off
serial GX30 cable (i use unibox)
use unlock (dont need to touch phone, imei is shown and unlocking proccess started)
unlock done

NEC E616 USB CABLE... not GX15 usb.

The cable is COM same like GX30

so its not hardware problem

cause my mobile just show the lcd light when i power on, and no coinnection by usb cable

I have not experienced this problem myself but I have a customer who has tried to unlock several e616 v22 using loggers and has had the same result as you are experiencing, most of them have been sorted out by reflashing the phone then unlocking with crassy 5 cracked

my phone keep restarting with wight lcd, i have tried to write imei but still the same problem

i wanna know, i have my Nec usb cable wich i recieved with my redbox2, can i use it as it is or i have to modifie it to flash my nec, cause my PCs don't detect it like this

finally i succssed to connect my phone to pc with modfied cable, i tried carssy with imei repair but still the same problem

what shuld i do
