View Full Version : Are You happy with Your ThunderStorm dongle(s) ?
Hello to all,
Since this section is market feedback section, i would like to ask all our customers and resellers this simple question:
Are you satisfied with ThunderStorm dongles ?
This has a simple reason - i have one customer who wants me to refund him money for 20 dongles. We all know whats the refund policy here, in this biz:
- Dongle damaged
- Not as described
- Not original
This customer is member of this forum, "RASKUL the ultimate pizdobol (http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/member.php?u=563)"
I am very surprised with his request, You can read it in this post. (http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showpost.php?p=1290319&postcount=11)
Possible reason might be severe brain functions damage, or too much dog meat in china. We are looking into this case , and we will inform You dear members as soon we get evaluation of his mental state from serious people.
I welcome any comment here, feedback is good to have.

No need make rules again. Tomorrow i post here tracking over the 20 Thunderstorm dongles we purchased from you, the customs declaration over 2980 usd and our company account where to transfer the money.
I have no doubt Thunderstorm is a good product, we do not want to sell because of you.
You cry to refund our company 2980 USD? Is this a problem for you?

I don't put this thread here, i just wanted return back the dongles, nothing more. Here is absolute no problem.
I must admit I bought thunderstorm and when I tried to use it I had problems. The support seems good but I havent had a successful unlock with it yet BUT if I was offered a refund if I sent it back I would refuse just on the grounds of what Ive read and the hope of it being useful in the future.
I see Raskal is not saying that there is a problem with them more like intercountry taxes??????

Because of Legija buiness way, he insult me in forums, when i try complain that HWK team claim my HWKs are damaged but they refuse send it back. There is no reason to do that, since 4000 HWKs means 12.000 USD cost of materials, and is our company's money and not Legija's money.
As you see i voted with YES, this mean i not say this product is bad in any way, i trust in this product, and this is the reason i wanted resell it.
Here is small problem with Legija only, so i just want return him back the goods, and this has been solved, we talked about on sonork and all okay, goods will be returned back tomorow.

Good to know that all is ok... this is a profissinal way to fix all the problems. :)
Great Dongle , Great Support , Great Software , :D raskal i donīt understand you , if the problem itīs legija , you must ignore legija and legija ignore you :D but biz itīs biz and if you donīt whant sell this dongles you go to lost some :) whait and see in the future ;)

Voted yes to Thunderstorm, a very good product and good support, even though Legija refunded my cash and forbid me from selling it.

The problem is solved so i think its time to close this topic and stop with blaming each our - forum is full of it, whereever you see. Bad that other projects/conflicts do not let us work together, but it is as it is.

I cant remember that legija had declined you to sell our product, there was some comunication problem, couse to some chinese addresses emails cant be sent. So im sure its misunderstanding, please send me PM and we will sort the problem out.
