I dropped my e715 and can only just hear people speak. The ringtone is the same. Is it the speaker ?? If so where can I purchase one as I have searched everywhere but cannot locate one.

Hi, man! I didn't understand exactly yr problem- u can't hear people or people can't hear u? If u cant hear but the ringtone is heared its not the buzzer- its HW problem. If people cant hear u just resold the microphone or change it with any that can put there. If u cant hear nothing- change the buzzer or the plastic connector.

RobThis is totally HW problem,since you dont hear from people.take it to a repairer if you are not a repairer.so that your buzzer will be changed.Be specific any time you send.good luck
