:confused: Hello, does anyone know how I can reduce ringtones in size, as my 338 phone tells me they are too big to play? I have a cd with lots of ringtones etc on and some of them are really big. Also, when I download from my phone to pc, I can access my photos, but not my videos. Anyone know what programme I need to do this? Much appreciated. E Davy

Hi
For the ringtones you can use a a software called 'dietmp3'. Its the best i've seen and it does work. It reduces songs from 5mb to 500kb. It really does. I dont think it will work for midi files bout it does for songs.
I haven' got the NEC e338 but I think the videos are either in MP4 or 3GP format.
Download Quicktime it supports both files as well as many others.
