how to unlock nec e616v on windows xp

Hello every1, i use to unlock nec e616v v17 or below i think it was using the free unlocker on windows 98 but i got rid of it, now i have another nec e616v i would like to unlock on windows xp.

Ok ive heard of many problems that can happen while unlocking these fone such as imei changes, i would like to no the best way to unlock it for free please. i have a modified cable which i use to use to unlock them on win 98.

Seach FORUM.. there is many FREE solutions.. such as NEXUS NEC unlocker cracked with work under XP, and don't change IMEI.
