when i start the program the window opend and there is a small window message says:Please update SST and that's it,it works few days before, but now only this message. my version was 6.50, i download 6.61 and install it but THE SAME
what to do to work with sst

you have purchased this sst?
Maybe a small bug I am sure SST-GSM will check it out and fix it.For now if you dont need it do not use this new version,reinstal old version and write to support section at SST-GSM.

Can you please tell us your system date ?
It is needed that your system date is set correctly before installing SST
I set my system date correctly but now the message says : PC clock tampered
what to do??

yes but it works fine few days ago, i don't need this new version, i install it because the old stop to work and says please update SST,
now v6.50 works on win'98, i remove all SST programs,drivers, even in registers with regcleaner,and after 3 hours deleting,instaling..... it now works on '98, but on XP it seems to be impossible, please SST-GSM tell me how to completely remove instalation of SST where it puts f... files,i think if i remove SST completely and after that install it with the correct system date it will work.waiting your replay,hope to help me

normal sst dongle, but something is wrong here

Please set correct system date on your system and at the next update everithing will be ok. When you system date is not set back or foward SST will not run .
I set it correct but now what, i must wait may be months for next update?Why it is made that way, what importance have the date? now it works somehow on '98, but how long....
Your dongle is ok...problem is that you used cracked version before you purchase your dongle and now cracked version confusing new one....thats why everything work OK on win98...you must format your hard drive and install new clean dongle version...and then everything will be OK... ;)

Format C: will help you and after you have do the make a bakup whid PowerQuest Drive Image then you always can go bak if you have a problem

I Just change my Harddisk and try same problem. Foe SST_CFX65 and SST_C62 no problem but for SST 6.61 have massage: This version off SST is old. Please update SST. I will put back my laptop hardisk and try it what is happen beause yesterday I can use with old harddisk.

So Sst Has To Release New Software Version To Activate The Dongle Again Since It Has Expired.
This Also Happened To Cruiser When They Were Not Able To Release New Version For 2 Months.
well i have the same problem today....been using it for the last 5 months......what is wrong and where ...evrytthing is ok....time date ...mood...:):)

i borugth my sst in month of may from fone clinic form that day i didnt up grade my software .today when i open software for unlocking customer phone it asked me to up grade the software.geting user and passward from ressler i upgrade the softwar more than 3 time and its still saying same upgrade software message.then i remove all software and istall version 5.32with drivers and when open software it asking me.
This program requires a security key. If you have one, select OK to enter it. After entering a valid key, you will not be prompted again.
i asked about this my resseller and has no clue wa to do. i will very great full Mr moderattor of sst if u help me about this i am lossiing my customer which is not good for the business of both us. the time and date is ok in my computer c62 is working with old software .thank u for ur help i m looking for answer as quick as possible thank u so much

downloaded new version of sst 6.62 and sst ufs 6.31.
softwares and dongle are working again.

You have previously played with your PC clocked and now you can't run SST on this system untill OS reinstall.
I just didn't set correct date when install OS,my mistake.But you said that if i set the date and install latest version of SST it will be OK.
So it works now on '98. these days i must reinstall XP, and all stuff on it. Is it sure that SST will work after that? It is not only SST on this computer.

i hv problems too running sst......
few days its runnin fine but when i tried to use it again i hv problem on update...

In your case if you want ot use SST on both OS at this PC you should either make a new clean install or wait untill some of the new updates of SST resets the time period
OK thanks, for the moment i works on '98,in spite of usb cable don't work properly on '98.
