Can't detect the Hardware

hi guy´s
i try also to get connection but my pc Can´t detect the Hardware i tried with win xp sp1 , win xp sp2 & winme but i still having the trouble my pc Can´t detect the Hardware
i also tried the hardware comes with super sim & Infinity USB Unlimited but my pc　Can´t detect the Hardware

any command please
can anyone please guide my in steps how my pc detect the Hardware ?
