what shall i do? whis redbox it conect perfect but i havent russian lp 4 redbox!

Hope, that in new version this will is corrected.
But with old Delok dongle all OK!
As experiment: I have successfully flashed dead Fisio 330 with chosen "Fisio 620". :D
Phone has now come alive but zone with locks wrong, sure.

still 655 and 350 i cant conect still time out! i dont know what 4 i pay money? another questition is where in maxon tool is sewon1000?

yes only answers i see is see pictures on support i cant even get soliution how to check firmware version of sendo!

Too many problems is with instllaling drivers, then with update but in the most of situations it is not a problem with box. Just need to read some times the docs. I cannot help to anybody if you only post there:
I cannot unlock .....
I need to know all your steps: which cable, port, mpdel and others. If you need a help fast use isq, sonork. I hope you undestand it.
we also want to see multi-box the best, so we need also your help - if you see the bug tell me please, but not like: I cannot unlock - post please everething.

so lets srart write the book!
1. i use windows xp sp2, 2000 server professional sp4, 98 se tried on all os. PCs 3x asus p4b533 intel p4 2,4 Gz video ati 128 mb, pci usb 2.0 hub & external usb 2.0 hub. used boxes : itfinity, juf, griffin, ufs3, s2gsm dongle, setool 3, div, smartclip, tst, sst, cruiser, scdr2, sagmaster, pbb, vygis sentinel, redbox.
2. i connect multibox via pci usb hub.
3. 4 now i can unlock whis multibox all sendo i have but still i dont know how to chek ver on it
4. i need to repair sewon 1000 but it is not in list! but i have cable which is coming whis box and on support are flashes!
5. i cant conect philips 330 just timeout on all speed. cant connect 655, 162, 350 just even see this phone this box.
6. all cables are cked several time and working i test it at redbox!
7. what information u need?

Could you tell me which cable you use for Philips 162 and others?

4 330 i use ordinal phisio cable from unibox, redbox, multibox.
4 350, 162 i use ordinaly rx tx gnd from multibox, pinout was downloaded from support.
