i faced many phones with that problem : when power on only restart blinking !!
i tried all flashes with repair gdfs from ver 13 to 28 and direct unlock .....
but still the same!!!
anybody have a solution ?

Use ver.26 (092 ) just full working flash files after use this repair gdfs ...

Blink C62 must be hardware problem

check the 2 cristal ic under charge connector, this help me before

flash with GTI and repair with GTI it ok
