Box wes register, recive name , pass etc etc, but after 2 days, when I try to opne box I have message:
Ready...
Profile file not exist!
Default file will be created
Box not personalized
Connecting to update server...OK
Update completed
No data...
Timeout!
Box Reboot error!
What is problem?

The problem is that you box was not updated.
Read the docs from support: http://www.multi-box.net/docs_box_update.php
Just need to read sometimes, and do everything like writtenn,after that you will found the solutions - how to fix this problem.

I perchaze my box on 29-8-2005 from Muhammad Tahir ( Pakistan ).I do all u said for update.Register box & download new software and run software But it show.............
Ready...

That is the 1st time i try to use the box & update it.It means my box already dead ( I think new box is dead and need to activate ).
I also mail support@multi-box.net but no reply after 20 hour.I mail info@multi-box.net he fix some time But box cant update.Now after 4 days info saying that he cant help me. :mad:

1. I cannot work 24 hours. ( in your case I answer to you very fast )
2. You send to me too many e-mails, but all without any data.
3. I told to you how to fix it - you have a problem with your internet provider or firewall. How can I help you?
If you thinks that you box is damaged - ask from your reseller another one.
