I have unlocked several 922 using tcd but get stuck with these 2 units now on my hand in which one of those has got a hardware failure (after several attempts unlocking using tcd and Bartek's sw).

How to repair this phone? I've got sagemdrf but got little knowledge about the data to be modified.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi

Read eeprom dump with pony.
Find 9C 03 40 00 next is counter. It should be 05.Just rewrite it with 00 and save dump.Write it back to eeprom.
It should work. ;)

For older phones just use sagem dr. edit field 231 it is counter. But for new (S5,6...) only by dump (read/write protection)

Thanks for the reply guyz but I got no luck to resolve the problem with the above mention solutions.
