While you've got a big ol' combat knife, you won't use it as much as you may have in the mobile R6s. Executing stealth kills and moving undetected through SOCOM's Middle Eastern towns will increase your score at the end of a mission, but it's not a mission requirement. If you're seen, an alarm will go off at the top of the screen, and that's the last you'll hear about it. I've got cmr 2005 working on my 7610 ... sorta :rolleyes:

There's a suvere sound problem - sound is covered by loud popping and crackling.

And a another one. Weird but the graphics are fine until u touch any key and when u touch a key everythin turns to greenish invertation of the original image.

These probs are odd because the gameplay is very smooth - im talking about fps over 25 per second - which happens to be far better than in asphalt.

I love this game and I insist of getting it working on my phone coz I can't even go and buy one coz there is none for sale.

Good on you for posting the game, but I am affraid this is not the Version of Astropop for S60 Nokia Phones with 176 X 208 display. I'v tried to run d game on N70 & 6681 but the size of the display of the game is 320 X 240 pixles. So the game's display is almost double in phones with display of 176 X 208 size.

I have only tested the game on SX1 and it works great. The "Supports" are taken from the game release review, so i haven't tryed it on the phones mentioned.I just tooked them for granted, so I am sorry if they are wrong. But it's an awesome game.

Anino Mobile Anito - Call of the Land Chapter 1 v1.0 S60

Anito: Call of the Land is a hack and slash with some deep RPG aspects. A good game for samurai wannabes, the game satisfies as a basic action game, although doesn't really work as an RPG.

Anito places you as a Laon, a warrior living in the Land 'Maroka' where fighting tribes threaten to destroy the land. With your family taken and demons running amok in the world, your task is obvious. The game's levels are set up sort of missions, for example to kill all 3 masters or kill the minions. Generally, the missions do involve killing, and that's where the game gets its hack and slash nature.

The controls in the game are good, and the game utilizes every button on the phone's entire keypad. Since the game is isometric, kind of like a grid in simple terms, sometimes in the quick of battle it is hard to judge exactly where the enemies are coming from, and that generally leads to game overs. This doesn't happen terribly often though, and generally the action is smooth and easy to play.

There is a good range of weapons available, although there are only a limited number of items you can carry, which gives the game some extra strategy. There are also many potions and powerups, obtained by smashing pots and killing enemies, which definitely contributes to the slight RPG feel of the game. Also, levelling up is important, as the enemies become very hard to kill as you progress through the game, which I will elaborate on later.

The graphics in the game are serviceable, not particularly flashy or jaw-dropping but they do the job well. The levels are quite large, and filled with many trees, rocks and other scenery. It doesn't, in any way, jump out at you, but the graphics are decent and smooth.

The sound in Anito is disappointing to say the least. With a game as expansive as this, it is a shame to see almost no sound. A main theme plays through the menu, but in the actual game itself there is just a single sound used when you pick up an item. Not good enough.

The game has a few areas that could've been improved. One is the difficulty curve as the game starts out as a basic, easy hack and slash but after a couple of levels quickly turns into a constant fight for your life. At one stage, and I assure you, this was not because of my gaming abilities, it took me over twenty 'Game Overs" before I completed the level. Needless to say, this was a little frustrating, and perhaps the game could've been designed to be a bit more even in its difficulty.

Anito: Call of the Land is a good, albeit not a great action game. It's at its best when it provides some simple slashing action as opposed to when it tries to chuck magic and levelling up into the mix. The RPG elements tend to feel unnecessary when the vast majority of the game is merely spent slashing enemies. There are definitely a few areas that could've been worked on, but compared to what else is available on the market, this is definitely worth considering.

In the end of each level it is necessary to lift the piracy flag meaning that the enemy ship is taken on boarding. In the given game one of our new technologies - "type-setting" characters for the first time is applied. It allows to collect heroes of game from different parts. It allows to achieve a maximum quantity of various heroes with the minimal expenses of memory and productivity that solves the problem of portation games on weak phones. Enemies as differ with models of the behaviour, the used weapon and an artificial intellect.

Many of them are able to overcome obstacles and unexpectedly to attack the hero. At the pirate for whom the player plays is too some means of destruction of enemies. Besides use of a sabre, it can dump the enemy in fire, beat off a kernel of a gun directly in the contender. Fights on sabres, pistols and other weapon are made in the form of duels, that is it is necessary as in classical " Prince of Persia " to resist to each contender. Dynamical and beautiful animated back background and as excellently drawn surroundings of the piracy ships place the player in the real world of pirates, treasures and bloody fights among a flame and gun kernels.

A neat trick I discovered that I'd thought I'd share with ya is that its only incompatible because of the version of the Mophun RTE engine installed into the game itself.

To make this game work you first need to download these files
