Hi,, first i want thank delok for this good-box ,, it is good and complet solution for philipsand other models ,,,but just one question why I must always wait a long time after having clicked on the icone of the software

1. It is not DELOK box. It is a box from Multi-box TEAM
2. You have to wait, becouse software looking for a you box.
ok ,, but in my box there is a sticker with write in DELOK research lab ,,, is it true

As you can see on this page: http://www.multi-box.net/reseller.php DELOK is the official distributor of this product, it`s mean that you or your reseller bought this box directly from DELOK and of couse he gave his own warranty. ( sticker ) :p
