Is there any PC based software that I can use to preview Themes for Symbian?
The themes are in sis format and I can't seem to open them with Theme studio for Series 60.

I think is no software like this, i`ve seen a game emulator but i don`t think this help. I have a 6600 and "theme previewer" would help me too :D

I already have it.
But, I can't get it to open *.sis files.

use "Unmake SIS" to get the .mbm file which can be opened in the editor
