How to regitser for support access.Bcoz no sn: printed on my box.And how to activat clip for flahsing.

Read (http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showpost.php?p=1355869&postcount=1) this thread and read the clip. You must read your clip. A *.sam file will be detected. You have to send this file to sales@astro-clip.net with the information about reseller, user name, country, S/N and attach the *.sam file in the same mail. Send this information and they will attach you the file to activate the clip. As well as doing this you must register in support place by completing the form that it's in their webpage...

When you will have downloaded Astro-SE and Astro-Samsung and C62 send your login information with the Hardkey to sales@astroclip.net to get the license.

We never have registered an .com domain, interesting but as i know we have the following emails, sales@astro-clip.net & online@astro-clip.net.
Have you perhaps thought to send an mail to this addresses as mentioned above?

I received my “File of activation”, I tried to activate my astro clip.
The program marks me “Writing Activation… OK” but it is still not activated
because “Write update to clip” remains grayed. Therefore, impossible of updater my clip. I sent e-mails to “sales@astro-clip.net” with, again, my “Sam file” but I still do not have an answer. Please “AstroTeam” can you help me.

Hi ,

The only Reason (write update to clip) remains grayed because u have not loaded any update in the software , U have to load flash and Eeprom .

It is good now, I could updater my clip .
Now, I see that there is update for samsung.
How to make the update on the level of the clip?

You need to read clip info and send (.sam) file to your dealer and then wait for activation (.actv).

Just download the v1012.rar from support area and write eeprom and main file.

PS:I've found some problems updating under winxp so it will be nice to know how it was in your case.If you got any problems.

I have problem with update for astro clip verzion 1.14.First it wos version 1.11 and I update in version 1.12.It works.But when I try to update with verzion 1,14 it stop on 50% and have mesage update fail.Now it only light green and red front light and wont work.What is solution for repair clip
