930 hardware failure??

MC 930 D2 M41PP/S7-D2<br />HARDWARE FAILURE MOBILE BLOCKED

Any hints to repair this problem. Which fields to check??<br />I already checked 231 but its 00 but I read it with sagem doctor and I wonder does it read correctly field 231 couse Its write protected or only eeprom read with programer gives me correct value??

gives me no result. Still mobile blocked.

but When I use Yagoda software and click check field after that I got SIM ABSENT. TURN OFF and then again turn on still Hardware failure.
