i have tried many variants

on other com ports with external serial infrared
and with laptop
but still this error 03

With the phone in range i get thi error, but with the phone out of range same error!!!
What does it mean?

SW version: 71100307

the second one is

Install IRCOMM2k, don't install phone driver when detected (just cancel) and use IRCOMM2K virtal port as phone port in the aplication.

i did that

i install IRCOMM on com14 and he made virtual port 14

when i select virtual com 14 this is the message

Serial ports detected:
· COM4
· COM5
· COM6
· COM1
· COM8
· COM14
1.- Situa el telefono en frente del puerto IR y enciendelo completamente (¡SIN TARJETA!).
2.- Espera a que el telefono este totalmente iniciado y presiona el boton Unlock.
NOTA: Este programa funciona con conexion a INTERNET.
