Benq M300 micro pb

what is the solution for a M300 microphone probleme ?
i replace the micro but still same
probably there's a repair guide, schema ?

i have the same problem, and i put a motorola v60 micro and works!!!

sometime the probleme isn't from the micro, i have one with low sound micro either after changing it.
surely it's from the amplifier or sound ic, does someone have service manual ?
