you asked for beta testers and you chose 12 beta Incloding me

I send you Pm

but you didn't replay about the details

so

can we know if there is a clip to be tested ot you cancel the testing

or what will happen with the beta testers??

I will recieve my clip on Monday or Tuesday...I want to test it. If I got the clip faster than I think I will be able to test it with J300 before sending back

you will get the message that the betatesters have to pay 100 $ to get the Clip to test it

SO the Test is not for free or for low price it's 100 to test

and I think It's to much money to test a clip

We are Just asking for our Cost ! since i dont think we give free astro clips worth $1200 and above . we told everyone we will give discounted price , as per resellers retail is $249 , so i think 100$ for 12 users is cheap .,


i asked for real unlocker , not freebie sunday unlockers !!!

Well I think there is no way...There is nothing free if you don't like the conditions do not test it. Ti's supposed that people who wanted to be betatesters had other solutions for Samsung and Sony Ericsson. These are common brands and you said that it's risky?It's a risk to refuse some kind of offer...

I wrote the astro team thru this forum but another thread. ( looking for beta testers)
I wrote on they're site; Via outlook also wrote these guys and still they never worte me back. Not even a " stop barking dog " or something. I have seen this clip for sale at westerna and asked astro about the clip and seeing they are looking for beta testers maybe I could get a discount and also become a tester. Or for them to just tell me If westerna was a official resseller because I did not want to buy it and not be able to update the **** thing. They never wrote a letter back . So my first thought is that this is gonna be the support I can excpect from these guys. I'm I right?
Did someone also have this expierience or am I the only one.

You are the only one. When I want to talk with them I can. If you check, the list of betatesters is closed so maybe you could search at their webpage or ask for a reseller in your country. If you are from South america,I'm from Spain and will be able of sending you the clip there if you are interested I can send you in a few days(not mine of course)

I think they repeat the Emails

they repeat and I talk to Sales manager

In the Beginig of the post I wasn'st sure that the clip deserve the money

but Now I think It's Good as I see the fast Update and I'm ready to Test it and I'll send the money to get my clip to test

Is westerna an original resseller or not? that was my question. @ astro team. Money is what I make. I don't need the discount if they don't want to give it. I need answers to the questions. I have been doing business with westerna org. And like to proceed, but I need confirmation from astro team because4 on their site Westerna is not a resseller. And if i'm on the beta testers list or not i will be a beta tester. If I decide to buy this clip , I automatically become a beta tester. I will also be confronted with problems the clip has. So...
Anyway hurryup and answer so I can buy the clip. We check the problem later. Hopefully the clip does what it is suppose to do.
I'm willing but need communication.

This is for the whole forum ( everybody )
It takes some work to make someone you customer. feedback and personal support is very important.
I have good expieriences with westerna, martech, furious ( not in the begining but he made it good), techgsm
If the product is very good you need not ask one question, but maybe It is not the product but the user and still you receive the support. This is very good. UFS3 for example. ( in my case). I have respect for the above mentioned businesses.

This is my expierience. I don't need anybody to critizie.
