VK 207i problem

hello to everybody - sorry for my english...
I have VK207i mobile - the phone is working fine but the memory of the sms (inbox) is full and I can not delete them , because when i try to enter in INBOX - the phone restarts...
the question is - How can I delete these SMS from INBOX or reset the phone (if this helps me to empty the INBOX-area) Is there any code for this...
PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN...

Try this *#27# , hold last # for 3 seconds Good luck Man ..maybe solved ur problem ..i hope
