Please help me with a flash file+flasher for Bosch 909S.

3 ways for this
1 unsolder flash ic from one good 909s, solder in a compatible phone like 5110, 1018 etc, read flash, unsolder flash ic from your phone put in 5110, 1018 etc , program it , solder back in your phone
2 use labtool48 for point 1
3 look for a good programmer to make for you flasher for 909s
