what price for this Clip and we need to use Clip as i knwo Clip thats' mean unlock without PC ? van you explaine more?

Currently Ericsson-platform and Samsung flashers which is software based is required to be used of an PC,
but Samsung solution is workable via clip and can be unlocked/repaired remotely which works via external power (9v battery) through the clip.
