Help needed

Hi.
I have a SIM reader/writer and just downloaded SIM-EMU and Ki code reading software; any ideas where can I buy programmable cards? I'm in North America.
Also, does anyone know of a program that can read and decode the newest SIM cards (with the new encription)?

many satelite or electronic stores... ask for SILVER or GREENCARD, (from www.microchip.com not FUNCARDs!!!!)

No software available for 'new encryption' cards... most are fake!

Vodafone cards ARE NOT CLONABLE, never have been!!!
ONLY GSM CARDS with old Comp128V1 encryption are supported

PS: I tried all free available scanners and was able to decode one sim out of 6. Interesting enough, the SIM decoded is a new issue 64k Cingular prepaid.
