I have my Z300 freeze due fake unlock code. I really need to remove the phone freeze ASAP. Does anyone have donwload link for a program that removes phone freeze from Z300?
I have all USB drivers installed and I have the original cable, so there's no problem for me with any program that uses USB connection to the phone.
I just need to quickly find a program that removes phone freeze (like TST), but I don't have time to waste on buying it, so PLEASE, if anyone has the download link for that program (or another that removes phone freeze from Z300), PLEASE send me (or reply here).

Hey ppl, even today (the day I written the help message... 'cause I was going desperated... eh eh), I fixed the phone freeze and unlocked my Z300 (actually, my father's Z300).
I used the QUALCOMM UNLOCKER. I have the program since 3 ou 4 days ago, I just didn't knew that it was necessary to connect the 2nd and the 3rd PINS of the COM1 port to make the program work. I saw a scheme somewhere in this forum and I tried it (and it did work!!!).

pff...and what about z140 freezed?it got freezed after the fake codes...I have the usb cable and got the net nck codes but I aacan´t put them now because if I put any card it directly shows "phone freezed"

QUALCOMM UNLOCKER works for all these phones:

SGH-Z140
SGH-Z140V
SGH-Z300
SGH-Z300M
SGH-Z500
SGH-Z500V
SGH-ZM60
SGH-ZV30
SGH-ZX10

If you have one of these phones locked and/or freezed, use QUALCOMM UNLOCKER.

You just need to also know to these things to make it work properly:

- Have the proper USB cable for your mobile (if it comes with one, it's that one that you should use).
- Have the proper USB drivers for your mobile (if it comes with CD, if that CD has the USB drivers, it's those ones that you should use).
- Set the mobile modem "COM" port from port 2 to port 9 (the port must not have 2 digits, like COM10 or above)
- Have your phone ON and propperly installed and connected to the computer
- Connect (with something like a metallic wire for example) the 2nd and 3rd pins of the COM1 port, like the example below (imagine it like a COM - 9 pinned - port):

- Before attemting to unlock your mobile (though everything looks OK), click on the "Read Settings" to be completely sure that the program is completely detecting your mobilephone and to make it able to unlock it (by reading the phone's internal codes).
- After all the previous steps... Press UNLOCK. It will remove all the phone locks and the phone freeze (if needed).

2- Phone will display "Auto Subset Lock: Activated!"
3- Enter code *7465625*28638# without a sim again
3- Phone will display "Auto Network Lock: Activated!"
4- Now insert the sim and enjoy! Phone is Unlocked!

I just unlocked and un-froze my z500, it was quite easy in the end! Just make sure to short out the com1 port - I just held a small piece of metal on the 2nd and 3rd spoke (otherwise you will get a message when loading winimei or qualcomm saying something about not finding com1), worked just fine, so no need to buy a cable either. I used the winimei progamme, but the qualcomm seems identical. Works for most of the z series, even the newer ones like the 500. Saved a fortune from taking it to a shop and getting it done, thanks to those that share the info.

In addition, I paid £1 for this info on ebay! so this is me giving something back :) It did work, but I had frozen my phone before entering them :rolleyes: they won't un-freeze the phone though, just unlock:

Enter code *7465625*28782# without a sim in the phone

start the prog., chosse Z500. use the usb kab. which comes with the
tel. DONT forget to have a connection betwen nr. 3 and 4 of your

Why don't you Search in the forum, it is FREE !

And, this method DIDN'T Unlock your handset !
It is overwrite the lock status that turn your handset to lock into your desired network......
