N620E abnormal charging !!!!

hi friends , have problem with N620E , when i put charger it displays charging ok and after few hours i umplugged the charger to see if it's full charging, but i found it really empty so it's virtual charging not real, i changed both ZD101 and ZD102 but without success, any ideas ????

change LTRG or place a diode there

this image is not so clear
but LTRG is a 6 pin ic near power
and LTRG is embedded over that ic
