i have tsm7 from client and always shows : PLEASE WAIT withaut sim and with sim PLEASE WAIT 97% and freeze

Try again, while you were unlocking your mobile I was upgrading the server, so communication got stopped.

NO , the phone come out from client like that (''please wait'' freeze screen) . Ididnt try it to unlock it.

I tryed to unlocked with tsm7 v10 . when I turn on phone MODEM on com5 on my PC. I select com5 and push unlock but program freeze and adter 3 minutes error ''Error opening COM port'' and phone still ''PLEASE WAIT...'' message

That seems like a phone problem, becase of the "Please wait ..." message on phone, VITEL phones are a crap, so I have find some phones that no matter what you do they wont behave like a normal VITEL phone, because they are broken or something else strange.
