Someone sent me an SMS Text message today and it did something i have never seen before it was flashing does anyone know how to do this I can send This message to anyone if they Email me there Mobile Number
use logo manager or panu flash message

ive seen that flashing sms too, its different from the flash message of logomanager and panu world flash messaging... its like the group graphics of 6150 phones... but you can view it in your inbox...strange???
i got it too....
strange is that it is not editable...

send me an email so that i could send you the flasing/blinking software.
its panu flash message and you just check the blinking message.

its a feature of logomanager just tick the box that says flash and your message will be on other phone front page but not in inbox but it still dont blink
the message i got was flashing graphic in SMS inbox like rothmanns says its a group type graphic from 6150 not one of those that people make up to look like simulated S*X.
Anyone got any ideas?.

You have to use a telnet program!Hyperterminal for win95/98
First save the message in the outbox!
Connect the telnet program to the phone!
SEND AT+CMGF=0
SEND AT+CMGL
Choose the message you want (number), and save the number wich represent the length of the message!
Copy the whole textmessage to notepad.Find the number 17!xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx0!
And change it to an F,
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxF!
Use the telnet program again!
SEND AT+CMGW= and the nuber for the length of the message!
Copy the edited message from notepad and paste it into the telnet program!
Press CTRL+Z
And now you can send the message to someone and it will appear as a flash sms!

MDR did you get my email because you are correct it seems that the logomanager flash is just to put message on screen and not in inbox so can u send me panu please

Yes its probably because you are trying to use COM1 or COM2 it dont use either you must install nokia data Suite first which installs modem for GSM on COMx usually 3 (GSM DATA Modem) then you use the COM port that this software uses.
