You have to download that software, the software will give you your S/N and will create a *.sam file. You have to send this file to sales@astro-clip.net and they will generate you an *.actv for register your clip.
About name...You must know your reseller and also what login name do you want to create...

I think he need serialnumber for our general software add-ons.
To get new registration details for a new box, kindly PM me your box serial so we can apply it to our database as a registered box for our software add-ons.
