v3 razar ring plus vib

hello all i m facing problem in v3 razar ringing and vibrater both r not working i flash it flex it then i full flash it also change bootloader so i think its not software problem its hadware problem but where is the problem layers r good pcb is clean no water damage and also when i power on in ear phone there is no voice of key pad pressing tone but when i make a call voice come and after disconect the call key pad tone also come :(

i hav e also v3 but some ring sound play and some not video recoding is ok sound i was full flash but have a still problem what should i do ..????
