please help me to unlock tsm phone,i have installed driver actisys 220 L OK
but i have alaways this message.
Power ON phone . . .
TSM100 Morocco detected!
Starting communication . . .
ERROR 04

for TSM100 have to use NO drivers, just Irda conected on COM port.

Yes Kenichi give you correct solution. Check phone´s irda maybe could be damage too.
