Hi everybody
I'am new on this forum
I have Motorola v300 cell phone and unfortunately droped it into water. I thought that everything is ok after dry. It has had a dark stains on LCD display for a few days after this accident. But then this stains disapeared. The one and only thing which is wrong is that battery is discharging after one day. I thought that water did a little short circuit in batter so I bought a new one. But the problem is still the same on new battery.
Does anybody knows what to do with it. Is it possible to repair this phone at home?

Thanks for any help and suggestions

Pawel

the bad part about water is that it makes contacts where it doesnt have to!
the cleaning the board with alcohol, and look for damagen components,i think the battery discharged because of a short circuit on the board, but then some components could be dammaged.
try and see,good luck
