V550-charging problem

I have one mot. V550,which doesn't charge.
if the phone is off and i put the charger it turns on by himself, but it still doesn't charge.
if it's on and i put the charger, from the lcd disappears the sign from the battery, where it should show that it is charging.

does someone know a solution?

I think that you should remove the 2 spine connector of load. If not, make a connexion between the 1 spine with Diode then with "+" of the charger in the mother chart of your phone.
