As this is initial version, it will not be perfect. As a matter of fact it will never be perfect, but we will do our best to make it usefull to our clients. Help us do this by posting bugs you discovered or recommendations you have here. We will look at them, and try to correct implement those. NOTE we will not tollerate recommenadation to add BB5 unlock or other crazy request. Use common sence when posting here. Also when a flashing procedure fails, first make sure it is not your phone or cable and then post bugreport. If you flood this thread with poinless bugreports we will not be able to notice the good suggestions and realy bus.

ADSP flash for N-Gage not working it only flash MCU and PPM, please add indicator when erasing file. and don't forget IMEI and ESN patching if possible.

extra menu should be merge with main GUI .. and MAIN GUI pls extend so ini selected will be in full adresses
flashing logs clearer on every process like saras did.. its really help us on repairing h/w n troubleshooting.

if i push "flash" i get correct mcu id and files, but after it,software is freezed, the box will work only if i reconnect it from usb.

Save the file on your HDD, after use GT online access v1.26 to send ASK to server. Of course you need to have an valid account with credits on it.

You have phone with 04.10 version and try to flash it with 03.35 version, i don't think that is a good idea to downgrade phones firmware.

Maybe not good idea, but later I have download new 4.10 phoenix package and tried to flash wiyh him, but result are same.
Then try to disable VPP and Slow DCT4 flashing, sometimes it's been very helpfully:)

I thimk this problem only when Intel flash chip inside the phone, because I have 50 phones from TIM Italy and have problem only if Intel chip inside. If amd chip all ok.
Yepp... you was right, today i was faced up with the same problem with neverending cnt flashing- phone was Nokia 6030 with intel chip.
Intrest thing that this phone i was successfully updated 2 weeks before with MTbox version 1.11, so i think that is a v.1.12 bug.

very very poor UI...
please add, save setting for selected flash files.
please add, Status bar for remaining time in flashing process. we go crazy for waiting 10 minutes without having a remaining time process.
I think UI should be bigger for watching status window, as much as UFS is.
We need 6270 flashing, please!!!

When attempting to fix bluetooth on 8800 with "Fix Bluetooth MAC" button then at startup phone restarts itself. I flashe it with latest firmware, unlock, full factory defaults - again restarts. Then write from another PM 4:17 block - phone works but again no bluetooth. Then try with UFS with RepBT button - all OK! Phone works fine and bluetooth works! :) Check this bug cause MT-Box is good box but with many bugs... BR

what cable..? adaptor 10 pin to 8pin or dct-3 cable..? i`ll try in mtbox software v1.12, can flash. but, after ending prossesing with update faid, the phone dosn`t power on. & if i try with mtbox software v1.13 can not flashing the phone. but i can unlock, reset factory setting.. is it cable problemo bro?

Available in NEW ARM inside v2.1
All SE based programs have problem with reading flash. If user not work on PC when going process of reading all is OK. Tested on different PC. Need to be fixed.

I'm not pretty sure if it's due to user data in the phone but always got failed in 6600 problems when finishing the phone with Default Factory Settings. The process running different parts of the process failed Setting User Area in default. I solved with a manual format.

please repair , on extras menu imei/ esn repair, for esn fix is can't read inside uem but works only old griffin and with the new fia file on phoenix service_sw_2005_44_4_120 is not working when flash 3230 , i think you better make instaler with your program files like jaf but product take from original place, your doing great...... thank you,

I use NEWARM 2.1 and when i have flash a phone then i have to shutdown the program reconnect the box for that i can flash another phone.
Is it possible to flash many phones behind each other so that i don't have to reconnect the box?
(when the program is succesfully stopt with writing the flash de green led is always ON)

Would be great:
In AVR soft to allow to write just modem or just mcu, not always both. If flashing failed (MCU&MODEM) soft will not allow to do anything, boot or else. (T630 SE). Soft not stable :( (P4 with HT maybe problem?) W550i All in one package missing some languages, like Lithuanian. Would be great if implement debug window, like in twister monitor, for more easy repairs (AVR and NEW ARM).

MT-BOX NK can't set FAID correctly at the NSM5 (DCT3 5210).I solved this problem by Tornado but this is for information.

mtbox 1.15 reads uem data wrong on some asic2 phones.
in ask file must be like this format
DATA=000xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx but one some asic2 phones mtbox reads ask file like
DATA=00xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx so we have to edit the ask file and insert a more 0 ..

One interesting thing, that makes people working with quantities ... If you flash (example 3220) one nokia, and try to put another, press flash - ussualy soft will hang, and you will have to restart box/software, but if you push at first 'info' and then flash, all will be ok ... Just small thing, but would be nice to not have it ...

Please check for 6670 contact retailer .always have problem to format user area .Have 2 6670 contact retailer ,when format use area with griffin it works after 1 day phone came back to contact retailer .
Hope Mtbox solves this problem.
Would be great if possible when select flash file we can see language inside.

Hm, it flashes dead phones, blinking 1100 without prob's, just stability pour :( pl's check cables, maybe something with them.

I have done some experiment and i think that youre right. i can now flash DEAD phone. my mistake is i always pressed the phone info before i flash dead phone thats why i get error.

No words and comment for your problem whit DCT-3 phones
If you ar using 1.16 means no problem whit loaders so:
1. Try power ON phone and read phone info
(if yo u can read phone your cable service battery is OK and Fbus TX Fbus RX also )
2. Now to have DCT-3 flashing you neade only 2 pins first Mbus for clock and second Btemp for power on
3.Please use original nokia dct3 flash pack inside in product folder have INI file,whit out INI you weel have this problem
4.If you ar using original Griffin cable Btemp is connected and Mt-box weel flash your phone fully automatic .
5. If you ar using ader type of cable must pres Phone power On buton
after Mtnokia show Boot.. ( dont forget to select DCT3 model )

I installed the new version (1.16) and now when i press info button i see no product code info.
When i delete the complete flashfile (for example RH-59) and install again and i read phone info i see product code.
Is there some setting in menu or must i install all flashpacks again?

so, microstargsm i use same cable for jaf, ufs & old griffin cable. & if i try in jaf or griffin with same cable, it`s ok for processing flash & update faid. & i see the diffrent in your picture with old griffin cable. the diffrent is old griffin cable use 22 Kohm from bsi to ground, not btemp to ground. tx pin & rx pin reverse side with old griffin cable. so can u explain me. what is the problem? from cable or what

Yes this resistor is your problem all old dct3 phones need to have btemp and bsi resistors to power on normally (for 8210 simple use same power diagram like 3310 )
And actually your problem is POWER On after flash to be able to set FAID and send adder serial commands

RM84_2053912.C0 - that is version from datapack 3.00, there is datapack version 4.00 ,so you've probably downgraded the phone.
6510 - looking at what phone returned for ExtBus probably is HW problem.
For trying to boot with other cable - looks like phone didn't have power ( this is the case when you connect 8pin cable directly to box, or 10pin cable through 10to8 converter).

Appreciate for the reply for nk6510 & N70 problem,Since both phone I had return to customer right now can't tell what's wrong with the cable for the Nk6510 for sure the phone had h/w problem,for some other day if I have good phone I will test both cable & post result & regarding with the N70 I would like to apologize it is apac b4 flash & I try to flash apac as well.The N70 info *#0000# v3.054623 18-11-05 RM-84 & using mt-box read phone info [v05wk07v31/27-10-05/],I use the APAC datapack from support site that the 1 & the only 1 available.If really the phone death cause by I downgraded it,I apologize,cause I dun really know the version info.

yes it does read UEM IMEI but a button to save the back-up RPL would be nice because rpl back up is only created when u press flash.....................
what i mean with arrange products is that it should be in alphabetical order so it would be easier to find what you need.............

Nokia 6670 NOKIA appeared once than turn off,Use mt-box format user area
successful,Everything seem fine without mmc,phone can't power up after insert mmc card,test dv mmc & ordinary mmc still the same can't power on phone.Manually format press Green+3+* button, phone back to normal with mmc can on.Below info I attach is after manual format phone.Any frans here experience this kind of problem?

I thont know? I am not programmer. Only I say if possible to make option backup UEM date (IMEI in first place) to RPL file, beffor we start flash phone. If something go wrong (damage IMEI), we can easy write back data in UEM(restore original IMEI) whit out use logs and server. This is only for backup and restore original IMEI in phone.

Just simply make option "Autosave 208 as RPL file" possible befor flash process start. I know this can work when uncheck MCU, PPM, ... only check option Autosave 208 as RPL file and push FLASH.
But my suggestion is, please make this option independence from other operation. Make this option like new button in many.

I Think Support Area must connect directly from box software or s/n reader.....No need User name or Password.Sometime reseller is BAD and not respond for LOGIN support site ploblem. Because anyone who use ORIGINAL MT-BOX that can use support area TOO!!!.This way is fare-fare for all Original Customer!!!.

Andro,I ever using mt-box upgrade nk1600 to v4.03 without any problem.
In my case I really need advice wheather it's hw or sw problem.I downgrade the phone to v3.08 can unlock but still cs than I erase pmm & write pmm & unlock still cs.Infact the main component are glued & water damaged to phone was not so serious.
Today 20-02-06 : Miracle happened after a day off for the nk1600 today the phone back to normal I test everything it's work but dun know last how long.

Can you add more informational error log, on the initial booting info. so we have idea is UEM, UPP, Or RAM problem. (like in UFS and J.A.F.).
and Add a Confiramtion on the end of flashing like sound a wav file maybe. and a "DONE" msg.
and please add a erase progress bar, sometimes it stuck on erasing problem i didn't notice because there is no indicator.

Easy way to change CDA and remove 1E0W etc in new SE phones would be nice, i'm still using other products for this.
Would be nice if MT-Box remembered the last used directory (via .INI or registry key) of files i.e mcu/fs/dec/backup etc. doing multiple operations means navigating from one place to another then back again, takes too much time.
Latest version of firmware (R1BC002) for W800 wont work with IMEI plugin, always error 2 during reading stage. flashed back to R1AA008 and now works again.
Sometimes NewARMinside_2.3.exe crashes and shuts down with no error when using explorer and browsing for file to import.
When reading phone using "? ? ?" it would be nice to have clearer info as other programs give, like

One Recommendation...When choose flash file..let's soft open automatically directory of flash file (if it's exist) like Saras soft.

@Ashiq Rasoul - please be more specific. What model, show log......, are you sure you know how to work with MTBox?
@Amir-SkillZ - are you using latest MTBox Nokia ? latest is 1.18 , and box needs to be updated to version 'SV 2.003 0000' with UpdateTool.

I have flashed 6030 3220 which can be power on with battery but restart by inserting sim and mt work perfectly. Then I try to flash 1100 3310 which were dead mt din't boot them and take no responce. Then I flash 1100 and 3310 with ufsx and they got alive. Then I tried several phones which were dead but mt did't boot them while ufs boot and flash them perfectly

@Ashiq Rasoul - boot procedure in MTBox doesn't need the phone to be powered on.... Always automatic PowerOn is used for booting phones. So problem is probably with cable. Use same cable you used for UFS flashing ( through 10 to 8 converter) and MTBox should boot phone. If you still have problem, please use status query (6th button in toolbar) and post log.

As this is initial version, it will not be perfect. As a matter of fact it will never be perfect, but we will do our best to make it usefull to our clients. Help us do this by posting bugs you discovered or recommendations you have here. We will look at them, and try to correct implement those. NOTE we will not tollerate recommenadation to add BB5 unlock or other crazy request. Use common sence when posting here. Also when a flashing procedure fails, first make sure it is not your phone or cable and then post bugreport. If you flood this thread with poinless bugreports we will not be able to notice the good suggestions and realy bus.

using the griffin if reads the imei of the 1100 it reads the correct imei.ask and it can be sent to the griffin server and then the .rpl is coming ..
using that rpl that imei is corrected...
but using the mt-box it reads the imei as 00000000000000.ask..
what is the procedure..
please i have the griffin previously.. but now i bought the mt-box..
so i am worried about this.. please as much as possible reply me..

I have bought mt box new I am facing strange problem. My mt box flash fine to powered on phones but dont flash the mobiles which are dead even not boot them while ufs flash the dead sets and alive them. Pls help me how can I solve this problem.
please note that the adapter should be connected between the cable and the box..
About NEW warranty menu...I try this option with 1100,7250 and it work proper, but with 6230 with warranty menu (IMEI 000000000000000) I can't change......

reading ask from 1100 works properly, probably UEM in this phone is empty and it reads 000000000000, specify desired IMEI when reading ask.
Bug with 6101 by selecting any product code i get allways wrong mcu file :

maybe this will help, open *.pm with notepad, and delete field [208].

First fia pack have noting common whit unlock
Unlock using Fbus communication in test or local mode
If you have problems to unlock your phone first check IMEI(phone must have valid IMEi data )
We not have reports from our customers for problem unlock 3220
At the moment MT box only support new DCT4 simlock

v1.20 has problem with BB5 phones...
didnt flashed a 6681,, but v1.19 did it all ok.
Only wanted to add that the bit-torrent idea it's great, it's working really well. Just if could be possible to add just bb5 Service bulletins it will be great.
