For support area kindly Activate your box accout at http://www.mt-box.org/support.php by using MT-Box Serial Reader.exe to read your box serial.
1.Connect your box to your pc
2.Install the box driver
3.Run MT-Box Serial Reader.exe
4.After you run the serial reader it will auto copy to your clip board of your box serial
(NO NEED CLICK COPY IT WILL AUTO COPY TO YOUR CLIP BOARD)
Your Box Serial Is Your Activation Code
5.Go to http://www.mt-box.org/support.php and paste at the activation code
6.enter your email address which you are currently use and active email
(Make sure your email is working if not you will lose your activation because of the fake or non working email)
7.After filling the EMail and activation code click Activate and wait for email reply for your password to support area.
8.Always read before you login .
Notes :
Please use your primary email address which you have access to, because we will send your password to this email.
This email will be the login name to your download support account.
We won't entertain the changing of login email address,please enter correct information when activating download account.
If you have Any problem on your login account or not recieved email for password
If you do not receive your username and password for download account inside your inbox , bulk mail or junk mail within 24 hours, contact activation@mt-box.org.

in this case maybe too many people downlaod the files and become slow also we are uploading new files to support area and this can coz it slow.

plz i have a new (mt box se) but as i connect it with pc, nothing........ it dose not find the driver, so i cannot get the serial Nr. reader.exe, and then i cannt get activation!!!!
plz tell me kindly how can i install the driver.
also i ask if i need any power supply for the box?? because when connect to pc there is no LED on?? ( in the package there was no cable adapter attached)...

Box can't find the driver itself, you must point to it.
Driver instalation proces is same like for all other drivers on the world.

the activation code is your box serial
make sure you download and read the box serial and activate it

the activation code is your box serial
make sure you download and read the box serial and activate it

kindly check on your junk mail or under spam mail folder maybe the mial go to the mention folder due to it detecft as spam mail
if the two folder nothing of the password then u have to wait for the reply sorry for the delay of the password

I recently got a gti, griffin and mt-box. I was able to activate the mt box (loaded drivers, read serial number and activated support account). However right after i did that the box died/would not respond. I cannot get the computer to recognize it in the usb port at all.When I plug it in the plug and play new hardware is not detecting it, not even after scanning new hardware etc. I tried a couple different cables etc. and no go. There is ACP-12u power going to the box however there is no light coming from the 2 leds by the service cable jack....Is the box maybe fried/faulty?
Please advise..
Thanks for you help,now i'm able to download the flashes. Is there a way to connect to support area via FTP protocol? It would be great! Even for server,you can set dl limit and user connexions limit.Via HTTP when 100 ppl download,the page is very slow.

there is nothing wrong with firewall(for username&pass authentication), i think..
me, and my two friends has also got 'The Activation Code you've entered is Invalid' problems...
the box has i-phone sticker, been checked to register at i-phone.org too. same results
hmm....
mail to activation@mt-box.org was sent about 3 weeks ago, no reply...
firmware update is important think.
please check this problems, and thanks for nice box.

sometimes your email server can be the cause of the problem and can not recevie mail from the mt box email server. Or they may have not even received your email aswell.
So have you ever think about trying to use other email account to send, such as hotmail or yahoo?Try first and see if any result in reply

for this solution you can contact activation@mt-box.org and provide them with the serial number and also the official reseller name, and they will check and fix problem for you.
I think people need to read the previous posts above, because most cases is same, and all answers are given in previous posts.

no more headache to get acces to support area just follow this instruction it may be useful:
First of all u need to download and install uTorrent client and install it.
1. Run ur MT Tool
2. Press Info then Torrent Acces, u will be directed to gti torrent server.
Download setup.exe.torrent and patch it in torrent.

After register in support, I received email from griffin team, activate account but not is possible to download any file. Always see this mesage:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /home/mtbox/public_html/getfile.php on line 303

Mt-Box support area does not support resume for downloading. So its a problem for me download files.

If you have slow internet connection , can use also torrent download.
