Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer for Bluetooth

Not knowing this device is only workable with Windows XP SP2 I actually have Windows 2000 and am having troubles getting the Bluetooth device installed on the PC. Does anyone know what to edit or how to crack a code to enable this device to work on windows 2000? Any help would be great.

You can use the widcomm bluetooth stack to drive this device. Theres plenty of information about removing the device lockouts that the widcomm stack has, its all in the bluetooth software forum
